3 Tips for a Successful Mini Session
Preparation!
Be sure to check out the "what to wear" blog post and plan ahead of time, what color palette/combination you want to achieve with your family portraits.
Got little ones? Consider bringing someone along to help.
If you're looking to get glammed up, let me know and I'm happy to share some lovely vendors.
Location & Parking! Arrive early
Be sure you've read the email that details out the meeting location and parking! Most locations offer an area for little ones to stretch their legs prior to the session, so arrive early to ensure we get started right on time.
Relax!
The best photos are the ones where everyone is laughing, playing and genuinely have a good time. Shake off whatever tension you (or a family member) may have.
If you're little ones aren't smiling right at the camera, don't stress - we can play a game of telephone, tickle or have a little dance party to loosen things up. If that doesn't work, candy bribes are always a nice touch :)
